News:

23 March 2010: Organizers of the 15th ARDF World Championship, to be held 13-18 September 2010 in Opatija, Croatia, have released their first bulletin. IARU Region II member societies should submit their Letter of Intent to the organizers by 31 March 2010.
1 January 2009: The 2009 IARU Region II ARDF Championships will be held 5-7 June 2009 (in conjunction with the USA ARDF Championships) at the Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, Massachusetts, close to the city of Boston.
12 May 2008: Results of the Eighth USA ARDF Championships held 8-10 May 2008 in Bastrop, Texas are available.
24 September 2007: The 14th World ARDF Championships will be held in Korea 2-7 September 2008, hosted by the Korean Amateur Radio League.
19 September 2007: Results and photos of the 2007 IARU Region II ARDF Championships held September 14-16 near South Lake Tahoe, California are available.
12 March 2007: The Fourth IARU Region II ARDF Championships will be held September 14-16, 2007 in South Lake Tahoe, California. The event is being sponsored by the Santa Barbara Amateur Radio Club and the Los Angeles Orienteering Club.
9 May 2006: Results and photos of the 2006 USA ARDF Championships held April 7-9 in Raleigh, North Carolina are available. Joe Moell K0OV has written an article about the competition for the ARRLWeb.
13 February 2006: The 2006 USA ARDF Championships will be April 7-9 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Registrations are due by March 1, and are welcome from non-USA participants as well. Contact Charles Scharlau NZ0I for more information.
7 November 2005: "Radio Orienteering Champs in New Mexico" by Ken Harker WM5R appears in the October/November, 2005 issue of Orienteering North America magazine.
13 August 2005: "A Simple Direction-Finding Receiver for 80 Meters" by Dale Hunt WB6BYU appears in the September, 2005 issue of QST magazine. Receiver kits are available from Marvin Johnson KE6HTS.
31 March 2005: The ROX-2 ARDF Receiver is now available from G3ZOI and the Basingstoke Amateur Radio Club. The receiver is available for purchase as a kit.
25 January 2005: The 2005 USA ARDF Championships have been officially designated the Third IARU Region II ARDF Championships by the IARU Region II ARDF Working Group. Contact Dale Hunt WB6BYU for more information.
8 November 2004: The Albuquerque Amateur Radio Club has been chosen to host the fifth USA ARDF Championships in August, 2005. Tentative dates are August 1-6.
1 October 2004: The date and location of the 13th World ARDF Championships have been announced! They will be held 12-17 September 2006, and will be hosted by the Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs in Bourgas, on the Black Sea coast.
21 September 2004: Results from the 12th World ARDF Championships are available. Congratulations to Team USA, who had two Top Ten individual finishes. No other Region II country sent a team this year.
20 April 2004: Team USA is being formed for the 12th World ARDF Championships to be held 7-12 September 2004 in Brno, Czech Republic.
20 April 2004: Results and photos of the Fourth USA ARDF Championships, held 16-19 June 2004 in southern California, are now available.
20 April 2004: The ARDF: IARU Region II web site is now available in Dutch, the official language of Aruba, the Netherlands Antilles, and Suriname.
8 April 2004: There is now a web site for the 2004 USA ARDF Championship, to be held 16-19 June 2004 in southern California.
12 January 2004: Introducing the new IARU Region II ARDF web site! This new web site aims to promote ARDF throughout the Americas. You can find information about the Region II official rules, the Region II ARDF Working Group, and how to get involved in ARDF.
10 August 2003: A new email discussion forum has been created for the discussion of ARDF topics in IARU Region II.
4 August 2003: Results and photos of the 2003 IARU Region II ARDF Championship have been posted!
