| 23 March 2010:
Organizers of the 15th ARDF World
Championship, to be held 13-18 September 2010 in Opatija, Croatia,
have released their first
bulletin.
IARU Region II member societies should submit their Letter of Intent
to the organizers by 31 March 2010.

| 1 January 2009:
The 2009
IARU Region II ARDF Championships will be held 5-7 June 2009 (in
conjunction with the USA ARDF Championships) at the Blue Hills Reservation
in Milton, Massachusetts, close to the city of Boston.

| 13 February 2006:
The 2006 USA ARDF Championships
will be April 7-9 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Registrations are due by March 1, and are welcome from
non-USA participants as well. Contact
Charles Scharlau NZ0I for more information.

October/November, 2005 issue of
Orienteering North America magazine.

"A Simple Direction-Finding Receiver for 80 Meters" by Dale Hunt WB6BYU
appears in the September, 2005 issue of
QST magazine. Receiver kits are available from
Marvin Johnson KE6HTS.

| 8 November 2004:
The Albuquerque Amateur Radio Club has been chosen to host the fifth
USA ARDF Championships in August, 2005.
Tentative dates are August 1-6.

| 1 October 2004:
The date and location of the 13th World ARDF Championships have been announced!
They will be held 12-17 September 2006, and will be hosted by the
Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs
in Bourgas, on the Black Sea coast.

| 21 September 2004:
Results from the 12th World ARDF
Championships are available. Congratulations to
Team USA, who
had two Top Ten individual finishes. No other Region II country sent a
team this year.

The ARDF: IARU Region II web site
is now available in Dutch, the official language of Aruba, the Netherlands
Antilles, and Suriname.
